Shipping

Once your payment has been approved, your item will  be packed and dispatched. All orders placed before 9am are shipped that business day. Orders placed after 9am will ship the following business day.

Domestic Orders (within New Zealand)

Something Epic offers free standard shipping on all orders shipped within New Zealand. You will receive your order 2 - 4 business days after your order is placed.  If you are based in Auckland and require urgent shipping, please let us know and we will do our best to deliver within 2 business days.

International Orders (outside New Zealand)

Something Epic ships to Australia, USA and Europe as well as most other international destinations. Orders are shipped by standard air mail. You will receive your order 3 - 8 business days after your order is placed   There is a flat rate of NZ$8 on international orders.  A flat rate means that you can order as many items as you want and your total shipping fee will be NZ$8.

Shipping to Australia is free.
