		<description>With either program, you&#039;ll probably get out of it what you put into it.  If the programs seem comparable, I&#039;d choose the 100 Day Challenge for a couple of reasons--it&#039;s less likely to repeated and it&#039;s more economical.  I hope you&#039;ll write a post on which you decided and how you like it.  And I hope you don&#039;t keep having heartburn!</description>
